3. Payment and Refunds

3.1 Payment for paid courses is due in full upon enrolment.
3.2 All transactions are processed securely via third-party payment gateways (e.g., PayFast, PayGate). We do not store card information.

3.3 Refund Policy: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of course purchase, provided no more than 20% of the course has been accessed. Refund requests must be emailed to [insert email].

4. Certification and Completion

4.1 Course certificates are issued upon successful completion of all required modules, assessments, and attendance criteria.
4.2 We reserve the right to withhold certification for failure to comply with course requirements, suspected dishonesty, or misconduct.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content on the site — including videos, PDFs, images, course outlines, logos, and software — is the intellectual property of WE R Academy or its licensors.

5.2 No part of the website may be reproduced, copied, shared, or distributed for commercial purposes without express written permission.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1 All learners are expected to:

• Treat instructors, mentors, and peers with respect.

• Avoid plagiarism or any dishonest behaviour.

• Participate in course activities in good faith.

6.2 Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or expulsion from courses without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 WE R Academy is not responsible for:

• Any loss or damage arising from technical issues or downtime.

• Your reliance on course content for professional decisions.

• External content linked to or from this site (e.g., third-party platforms).

7.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the course fee paid by the user (if applicable).
